Forge Engineering Jobsite

Forge begins every project with a highly responsive approach to a client’s specific needs, including the several unique factors faced by homeowners’ associations. Our Forge team is dedicated to achieving success while also considering the most efficient use of an association’s invested money.

Additionally, Forge Engineering professionals have more than 150 years of experience in the investigation and remediation of materials, products or structures that fail to operate as designed. For homeowners’ associations, these issues often cause damage to property or result in personal injury. Our Forge team understands these projects require immediate attention and practical solutions.

Building from the ground-up can come with its own set of challenges. Forge provides a range of engineering services for all phases of a new-build - from preliminary studies to post-construction evaluations.

By working with Forge during the early stages of the planning process, a client can make informed decisions regarding engineering solutions that affect cost, construction, and performance. This makes it possible to satisfy project design needs while avoiding costly changes and surprises.

Forge Engineering, Inc. routinely provides professional opinions as the expert witness and forensic analysis to legal counsel involved in construction defect-related litigation. Our staff members utilize a systematic approach to analyze and develop a conclusion for these types of cases, regardless of construction on a residential home or larger association. Our staff will conduct a thorough investigation, accumulating relevant data, while performing non-destructive testing first and then providing destructive testing by trained individuals should the issue warrant.

Our professional opinions for litigation needs deal with new construction as well as existing structures, and cover such items as engineering design, construction, code compliance, product failures, building component failures, and insurance claims. Our personnel have provided expert witness services in the areas of roofing, marine, stucco/facade, water intrusion, interlocking pavers, asphalt, concrete pavements, coatings, concrete pavers, nuisance sound, slip and fall, and erosion.

“Forge has been there for our facilities and our teams when it’s mattered most. They are timely to respond and offer unique solutions for a fair price when my associations are looking to perform continuing maintenance or a large capital expenditure project.  They have also been instrumental in educating our team and boards, allowing them to have the confidence to complete their respective projects.”
